Its time ...we realise it

Its time we treat them as individuals and look beyond the boundary of our relationships....

I happen to meet an old friend of mine during my last visit to London .Its been over 10 yrs we met. Can’t actually describe my frame of mind when I met him, he was one of my friends friend. I met him during my Inter days and soon he became a good friend of mine .Later on both became busy with our lives and dint remain in  touch. He moved to London 7yrs back and is settled here.

I always looked at him as an old friend of mine and dint realise that we both  are completely different individuals from our last meeting. We grow up and have our own individual identities which have to be respected by everyone.

A couple of days later a thought struck me which made me restless and also inspired me to write this post .I was wondering that n the cloud of our relationship with the person we often forget their individuality and behave ...All through the years we treat people on the relations we share with them : wife, Mom, dad, sister, brother, Uncle, Aunt, friend, son, daughter...whatever relation it may...but the fact is that before we share a relation with them they are individuals in their own place and we need to respect them for what they are.

Life is too short to judge people depending on our relationship rather than knowing the actual person .We share many relationships in our life and also need to respect them to cherish memories

Life is too short to really bother about what people think ....Its important to live our life on our terms but also ensure that we donot shrug away from our responsibilities .....

Live every act fully, as if it were your last.

School Days ....

I am sure that the school days are one of the best memories for everyone.I have a few .. actually loads of fond memories of my school days ,I was watching a movie called Surya S/o Krishnan ,directed by the famous director from Kollywood( thats the lame name for Tamil Cinema btw)a couple of days ago and LOVED the movie. I was remembering all my college and school days.
Its always fun to meet all our schoolmates and go down the memory lane with them.Truly going to be a fun time when we all have a re union .I have been in touch with a few mates of mine ove the past few years. To name a few : Sai ,Kaushik,Nimish,Indira not to forget Surender and  a few others.Sai ,Nimish and myself we were the last benchers and always our teachers favourites (most wanted in every class) .Sai has been in touch withover the years even after schooling . During a small gathering in hyderabad met Karthik,Indira and Surender. Then when I moved to Bangalore for an year I met Kaushik ,was fun we used to play TT on the terrace top.Sai also came in a couple of times to play along with us.Then moved to Mumbai and lost touch with all.Thru FB and orkut found most of them in my group again.

About my school days it was fun all the time.Waiting whether our teachers have come to the school, will we have the class ? To name a few instances :
  • We once in our 9th standard were asked to draw the heart on the black board and the whole class was standing since we could not and  then entered our favourite Mr.Uncle Sir ...guess what happened then...
  • Chalk piece fights were the best during breaks and were always by the Head mistress for this ...
  • We always we waiting to see if our Physics lecturer was absent to freak ....
  • Not to forget our PT sir who always favoured the girls
  • Our Social mam was one of the coolest teachers
  • English mam was like OMG the toughest.
  • Maths Sir ,who threw what he  had in hand in the name of discipline
  • Biology was taught by our Head Mistress and not a class has gone without punishments
  • Lunch time was the best time where the reservations for others boxes used to happen during the third period of the day
  • Exams were always boring but some how we managed to slide though to the next class
  • Parent teachers meeting ,one plat form for the months complaints
  • Karate classes were again one more session
  • We always had our maths classes after the social classes and was fun when our maths faculty used to walk in wantedly .....
  •  Forget to mention that FLAMES was also part of our routine along with BOOK CRICKET during the science classes..
  • Chemistry is an interesting subject but our madam put us to sleep during this class...
This visit to Hyd, I am planning for a re union with all school mates to visit our school  ....
