Sorry totally disappeared from this space in my life for quite some time.Last few weeks have been very tough in terms of the stress levels and the kind of thought process that has been going thru my mind.There were days when I was too excited and bouncing with energy all around and there are days where I have been thinking about various things in life......
I was in the above state for quite sometime ...Now things seem to be clear .I know it was only a passing phase and now its slowly started to sink.Nevertheless I love this current state of absolute clarity ,which is bliss to me .I am so happy for what I am and for what i will be in the future.
Exciting times ahead is what I can say after the roller coaster .. I completey love the way my life s taking turns and the way I have choose to lead my life

Peace of Mind - Part I
I am at times perplexed with the various people preaching about peace of mind.I always used to think what the heck ??? cant people even do such a small thing in life .As I grew up, I realized that this was the most daunting task that only a few selected individuals could have and the rest struggle to have or even understand the beauty of this state.
This is a no thought state and is very rare for common people ,people who donot perform any kind of meditation,yoga or any of the spiritual practices ,its not possible.But I always it feel that every one of us has to experience in life ...We need to do everything in life as far as experiencing it is concerned.Its like doing everything in life but postponing this very important aspect in life.
Yoga and meditation should be taught to kids and this should be regularly practiced all through life for physical and mental balance in life.I always remember the elders in the society always say : Are you by teaching all these things trying to make our kids sanyasi's????? I do not understand why most of us donot look at life in a compartmental way ???

In this fast paced modern world today people are again realizing the importance of mental peace ,corporates have started having counselling sessions,art of living classes,yoga sessions for its employees.These are agian gaining momentum from the stress level going in ones life.We today have all become result oriented in lfe rather than method oriented doing things against the nature.We all want results
There are many definitions of meditation ,but I would expalin as an internal quest for the following things :
Who we are and Whats our purpose of life ???? Meditation gives us mental health and improves our life style,which is important for a better living .I personally think more than wealth ,is we really can give these good life and principles to our kids,thats the best they can get.We also need to ensure that we follow of these in our life to tell them and teach them.The importance of these are not in by any one in prime youth age ,but only a few can realize it early ,who benefit a lot.
It high time ,that we realize the importance of these and follow it religiously as we do things in our career .God and god reaching methods always should not start in old age as we do in India.We need to have the gratitude to GOD for having given us what is required in time .As we thank people for the instant help they give us when necessary,similarly we also need to thank GOD .
